Our Story
Pathways To Home Initiative Inc. was founded by Donna Edmond-Carroll and it started from a desire to assist returning citizens, veterans, and seniors to bridge the gap, and obtain safe affordable housing, and support services needed to reduce recidivism. We are in contract with local municipalities to house returning citizens temporarily, and so many of them were not supported or equipped to really live on their own.
Our Mission
Pathways To Home Initiative Inc is committed to empowering returning citizens, veterans, seniors and those experiencing homelessness by providing safe affordable housing, housing assistance, job training, and comprehensive support services to help them reintegrate successfully into society and maintain housing stability.
Our Vision
We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their past, has access to safe housing, economic opportunities, and a supportive community to rebuild their lives.
Our Objectives

Assist newly released individuals, veterans, and seniors in securing stable housing

Provide employment readiness programs including skills training and job placement

Offer counseling and social services for mental health and addiction recovery
